Oktay was born on 13 March 2000 in Sofia(Bulgaria). He was the third of seven children and grew up in poverty, in the Sofia. His father was a small farmer and his mother was a teacher.Oktay left high school in 2017 just before his 17th birthday, before returning two years later with his cousin Baris Godson. At this time, the hard life on the streets of Sofia had polished them into gangster bullies in the eyes of teachers. The two dropped out of school after more than a year, but Oktay did not give up. Having forged a high school diploma, he studied briefly in college with the goal of becoming a criminal lawyer, a politician, and eventually the president, but had to give up because of lack of money. With the money he earned from small illegal activities, he bought himself a plane ticket and flew to Los Santos.
Career Story:
Oktay began his criminal career by stealing tombstones, sandblasting their inscriptions and reselling them. After leaving school, Oktay started joining gangs to steal cars. The first gang he joined was The Families. Oktay soon became involved in violent crimes; assigned criminals to kidnap people who owed him money and demanded ransom; Sometimes Oktay would tear up the ransom notes even when he received the ransom. The most famous kidnap victim was the businessman who was kidnapped and eventually killed in the summer of 2020. Oktay received a ransom of 50,000 dollars from the famous family and his gang became even more famous with this kidnapping incident. Oktay quickly continued his criminal career with drug trafficking. He found people to produce drugs and started distributing the goods he produced. He grew dozens of Cannabis every day and quickly became a well-known name in the criminal underworld. When Oktay heard about the money cocaine was making, he immediately sat down with his employees and made a plan and decided to transport it illegally by plane.
