2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of this organisation because i have a lot of legal and illegal org experience with my highest rank being deputy of Bloods in Cherry Wicks term. I also believe that i am active enough to run this organisation and make sure that we are very active as a gang making sure that we get events done.
2.2 I also want to be leader of this gang because i have a great selection of deputies who will be able to help me out and make sure that the gang is run efficiently and smoothly. They will help make sure that we go to all events and make sure that we get Gun store robberies, Store robberies, FZ raids etc.
2.3 I also want to be leader of this gang because i have a lot of experience in gangs especially Ballas as it was the first gang i joined that had a great leadership team and a great team of High Commands. I climbed the ranks as i was active and helped out at all events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure that we are at all events such as FZ raids, gun stores, Store robberies, Cland etc. I believe that this will improve RP by making sure that there is always events for people to do and make sure that people are never bored.
3.2 I will also make sure that i select a great team of HCs who can help run the org so that if there is any problems with people in the org that i can trust them to deal with it as professionally as possible and as efficiently as possible. I believe that this will improve the RP by making people think that Ballas is a good and friendly gang to join.
3.3 I will also make sure that there is no HCs showing favouritism by giving ranks because they are friends. I want to make sure that they have the experience and know what they are doing. I believe that this will improve the RP as it shows that we are a good group of people who know the ins and outs of the city.
