Life Story: Starting from his childhood Hormes has been dealing with a lot of traumas and responsibilities when he faced his parent's death by gang members while robbing them, he always tried to stay clean and earn a good path through his trauma seems to overcome him and slowly making him a monster later on Hormes shifted to a new city where we wanted to make new connections in the dark side and yet he did and within his life, he enjoyed dark side and loved to sell weapons and later on he met his legal side corrupt friends who inspired him to become a cop and be corrupt and it was the starting journey of a future corrupt officer Mr Hormes.
Career Story: First once he got into legal org (GOV) he was introduced to whole new members and he knew within himself what purpose he was here yet he continued to dig in all the information of GOV and write down if he could use it to trade for money, he loves to buy and sell weapons but he refrained from selling his org gears as IA has strict eyes and fear of getting caught he won't (General rule 6.3), Hormes has always been the silent killer and yet here he always tried to win everyone and later on he also met with corrupted gov officers and made a strong connection with them with a commitment to never expose and to act as a team and do his tasks and corruption together and strongly, he also got himself familiar with dark net and its crime and connections so he can get out people from prison and with that way Hormes got his life settled in GOV along with corruption on another side with his team.
Outcomes:
1- He can break any laws and break traffic rules while off duty (No non-driving)
2- He can break and smash someone's bodycam under him (By /try commands 2 times per situation) (Complying with General rule 6.1 and RP situation)
3- He may carry illegal weapons and items on himself on or off duty.
4- He may sell and buy guns in the Black market (No org items or guns)
5- He can tell criminals to drop their weapons or illegal items in exchange for getting them out (Following server rules and only robbing able items)
6- He can do ghetto clapping alone or with his family members off duty (Following server rules and off duty)
7- He can take a bribe only in cash in exchange for getting 10-15 out or release (100k max)
8- He can use his radio off duty as he keeps it within himself
9- He may lie about the availability of a lawyer when asked by 10-15
