I looked at the description of GR 6.17. However, I am not an OBS or any application user. I have an RTX 3060 graphics card, so I record POVs directly using the recording feature of the "NVidia GeForce" program. I obtained the POV in question by recording the last 15 minutes with the instant recording feature. It's still in its original untrimmed form and I can prove it to you. If "NVidia GeForce" is not included in the other applications category in the description of GR 6.17, I request you to unban me please sir.
I think it was a decision made as a result of misunderstanding or analysis.
With your respect, I would like to state that I want to return to the city again.

Punishment lifted, make sure in Nvidia to turn off Privacy settings.
