I opened a pov request against a person, and then I notice that the persons pov is not valid because it has no game sound. The person is deceiving administration by editing the pov and putting high music in the background.

Not valid pov and deceiving administration.

It's not a compulsory to provide a pov without Music etc, but in some situation we do ask for it to clearly hear the conversations,
In this situation it's not really a requirement​
