2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
(i) I have been serving in NG since Saif's term after him, I work under many other Generals and served as Major General and learned many good things with all the leader and my HCs which makes me suitable for the position of General
(ii) In this journey of NG, I believe I've gained the courage, experience, and discipline needed to be the General . I also aspire to continue working with the family we've built together with strong bonding and team work
(iii) I am able to Consistently present during peak hours, ensuring smooth operation and assistance to members when needed.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(i) Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance RP level
(ii) Provide resources, guides to help members enhance their roleplay experience, such as Guides , animated videos.
(iii) Helping members to enhance Communication skills which will make us professional and enhance RP
(iv) Clear and concise communication style with other members and Citizens.
(v) Training new members properly with all RP rules which will help in increasing RP level

Human Resources (HR) - For recruiting and training
Special Air and Sea Division (SASD) - Trained shooters for combat based situation
Air Force (AF) - For scouting missions, transportation of 10-15 etc.
Military Police (MP) - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.
