Dear Mazhor, I was banned today by Anti Cheat with the code #1004.
I was in the vineyard event which my family had also won.
Afterwards we had to collect the harvest and I accidentally pulled out my revolver.
Suddenly I get a black screen and all I hear is my revolver firing a lot and my PC crashed completely.
When I restarted my PC, I wanted to log in and saw this Anti Cheat Ban.
I would think that it is due to my PC, as it is not the latest one.
But i will take care of this.

I've been on Grand for two years now whether on DE1 or DE3 and this has never happened to me before so I hope you understand.
