Rejected Takes My EMS mask after killing me. My items and money also.

There are some members of the Los Santos Vagos gang who are fighting and blocking the area of Pacific bluffs. And I am driving a bike. after that, they killed me with their guns and collected my items out of my backpack and my EMS mask which is very important to me they patched me back checked me, and took my Lvl 3 fishing rod and pickaxe. And called admin but they also did not help me at that time. Because I am off duty that's why I did not open my bodycam also I have a screenshot.
