2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The red color of Bloods gives a great Gang RP and I just love that. I don't want to plan things after getting Term so for that reason I have everything planned even before the interview like what will be my deputy's, how will I grow the org, and e.t.c. In a Gang like Bloods it is not a big challenge to gain active members in a short period of time but still to make my org running after the freeze I will be using my contacts in all over the state and in different Family's to be in a safe side. I will be making the Term active with the help of my Deputy's like if I have 2 daytime Deputy's I will be having 1 Night time Deputy to ensure the activity of the gang and with the help of this if I would not be available to conduct a event the Deputy's will manage that. I also have a goal of achieving 100% Turf and for that I will be only giving Turf in the hands which I trust that they won't lead the org to a Warn and are also good in skills. My prev Vagos Term got disbanded because of inactivity and I want to fix that by promising that this Term will be fire in terms of activity. I will be having 10+ guys in every Clands (not sure about the Night time) In Gunstore/Store I want to have 30+ Guys and you can expect the activity by this.I also seen many rule breaks in Gangs and I will be fixing that by teaching new players about the Gang and the project. I just want to say the Curators to put trust back into me for just once, You won't be disappointed.
My Bonus System,
Clands: 60k for top shooter and 20k per parachute
Subs: 50k
Gunstore/Store: 10k if we lose and 20k if we win
Fz: 5k and all loot
Bs: 5k and all loot.

1. Not only the Leader but no Gang member should be toxic at all
2. Leader or Deputy's should be doing Gunstore/Store in between every Clands cooldown
3. Leader and Deputy's should be in touch with the Gang members whenever needed.
