Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 14280 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.17.
(It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded; Can't punish the suspects as this is edited pov).
