Heykin born in slum in Los Santos where mostly refugees live in . He and His mother left their fatherland because of war and his father stayed there for fighting. Heykin's mother worked a lot in this big city for raising him. One day she went a house for cleaning and Heykin wanted to help her. They cleaned the house but the time was late. As they were returning home, gangs surrounded them to kidnap Heykin. His mother resist but she died during chaos. When he was about to be put into the gang car, Mr. Faruk and his family noticed the situation and saved him. Faruk raised him. When he was get the age that can join National Guards he met with Makaveli. Makaveli was high command in NG when they met. He joined NG as a air-force recruit at 18 years old thanks to Makaveli. Heykin loved military and he stayed here years, he spent terms in NG he saw lots of generals. Heykin won medal of honour and after one term he became a LT. General. But after he became a LT. General, his family and the state started to fight. He had to leave NG because he was owe to his family leader Mr. Faruk so he can't fight against to him. He left the NG but he did not fight against to state. After his family and the state make peace he returned to NG as a deputy head of air-force. He was successful in this term too and he got another medal. After term end he care with his family and worked in family jobs and when the new term started he invited to National Guards as a Chief Of Staff and he accepted.
During this time, Heykin never forget his mother. He decided to get revenge from gangs. But the money he gets from state was not enough for this. He always thinks he is doing good job for world, he is helping other organisations and fighting with criminals. But after a while he realized prevent criminals is too hard without money. He thought when he captured criminals and hand over them to polices, crime rate will down and world will be better. But his family member Rusty showed him real world. He thought maybe he can gain the money he need from different ways. Now he is spending his days to plan how to stop criminals and he is doing whatever it takes for this purpose, even if it means using their money.

Heykin started his career as a NG air-force recruit in General Wolf's term. In General Makaveli's term he became a staff sergeant in air-force. In General Malik's term he became a deputy head of air-force. Malik's term was his best time. He supported to state from air too much. He won medal of honour and he finished this term as a head of air-force. In General Stacey's Term he was Major General but in this term he transfered to Government for helping Governor Willian because they were close friends. He did not work here too much and he left here as a USSS Director and he joined back NG in General Daivik's Term as LT. General. Before this term end He left NG due to problems between the state and his family. He worked in civil aviation for a while and after problems end he back to NG as a deputy head of air-force. After this term end he worked in his family jobs. When the new term start he joined back to National Guards as a Chief of Staff for Air-Force. Currently he is spending all his power and focus for capturing gang members and earning money.

2- Heykin can carry, use, sell and buy illegal items from other people or black market (except organization weapons and items) (Of course while being off-duty)
