Dear Shan_Albertus,

After logging in I saw that I've been punished for stealing items from my org warehouse. In all honesty, I accept the mistake that I have made and I will never do it again. Since I started playing this game I was always a clean player and tried my best to make money but as a new guy I wasn't thinking straight. I hope you understand the mistake I have made and I will be unpunished. I was happy about making friends in the game but I wasn't very sure on the things I could and couldn't do.
More importantly, I am completely read for a complete wipe if it can make the ban go away. Thank you for considering this.
