2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

(I would like to be the leader of SAHP, as I would bring discipline to the organisation. I strongly believe SAHP has potential that has yet to be used, I can unlock this potential. I would implement strict rules and procedures to follow, that would prevent units from getting kidnapped or reduce this occurance. I would work closer with other orgs and estabilish a stronger relationship. Over all I bring a lot of in city experience throughout my long life.

Another reason I would like to be leader is, I have taken lead in NG many times when there was lack of leadership and it motivated me to run to be a leader. You might ask why SAHP? Well it is right beside NG and I am ready for a change, to explore however I still want to stay close to my first home. Like graduating from school but it is NG, in my case I have learnt so much from the people I served with and served for.

Last but not least SAHP needs more acticity, as the HOD of HR in National Guard in my last term alone, we have hired more than 30 Soldiers under my leadership and supervision. I know how to pick the correct candidates and will increase quality and activity of SAHP if I am chosen to be the leader. We will need a strong HR team, and an even stronger policing team. To ensure that all our units are in check and performing well. This would be similar to the Military Police of NG.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I have mentioned some advice above however I will write in depth about it below:

1.) Kidnappings - As we all know this is quite a common occurance in recent times in SAHP however, there is no need to be afraid I have the solutions. We will hold minimum 4 random checkpoints per day, we will not authorize units to travel in a singular car. A minimum of two vehicles and 5 units must be present to patrol the highways via car. I would also introduce a scouting schedule, where we seek with multiple available helicopters any illegal activity along the highway. One way to stop something from happening is to predict it, it is difficult but not impossible.

2.) HR - SAHP Has a very weak HR team, it is almost non existent. We need to put in place a strong HR squad who will host open recruitments and actually utilize the state waves. We must make SAHP attractive to citizens of this city, by introducing attractive bonuses, more professionalism and experience we will achieve this by hiring only the best of the best and looking for the best by hosting open recruitments at Capitol when we can and / or at our HQ.

3.) SWAT - As a member of National Guard, we have a department called SASD, similar to SWAT however a lot more effective. SWAT should always be on standby, their priority must be globals and other event situations and we need to hire a compotent lead for the SWAT team. We need SWAT to be always ready to go, geared up. It takes them too much time to respond and I would also change uniforms to make the SWAT units more visible and differentiate them from other SAHP. This would mean higher bonuses of course for SWAT as a special more experienced division.

I would like to see my suggestions implemented even if I am not chosen as the right fit as it would improve roleplay in city for all organisations!
