Life Story:
Rowdy was born in New Delhi, the capital of India. Drug mafia, mafia, gangsters live in this city and rowdy is born here. Raised in New Delhi, Rowdy develops a desire to earn money at a young age which makes him obsessed with money. Slowly his greed for money was increasing excessively. He always wanted to live in luxury with luxury car, big mansion. Slowly he realized that these dreams cannot be fulfilled legally so he resorted to illegal exploitation. Then he joined the mafia and became close to the mafia leader for his hard work. He has done many massacres with the mafias, doing all the illegal work in which he earns a lot of black money. In this way he continues to spend his luxury life. One day the Federal Investigation Bureau raided the Mafia's Headquarters and seized all guns, ammunition and illegal items and arrested all of the Mafia. Federal Investigation Bureau also successfully catch rowdy. Now Rowdy is serving his 75 months in prison.
Career Story:
As Rowdy gets out of jail, he realizes that the FIB and other legal agencies now have supreme power over everyone and can finally stop the mafia. So Rowdy changed his name from Rowdy Rathore to Rowdy Salvatore and underwent plastic surgery to change his identity. Now his main objective was power so he joined the Los Santos Police Department. He was initially treated well in the Los Santos Police Department but some of his seniors mistreated him and extorted some money from him. So he thought that this is a very good and easy way to earn money so he started corruption and took money from suspects. He started selling guns/ammo to gang members and criminals for his personal gain and it continued to grow. He made it an official store where illegal guns were sold. Apart from this he now expands his arsenal with drugs and starts selling them for his personal gain and Rowdy now believes that corruption is the way to make money. He now learns how to torture citizens and break body cameras and how other corrupt officers teach them to extract important information from them in various ways. Now Rowdy is happy with his life, earns a lot of money and corrupts as much as possible and drives expensive luxury cars.
Outcomes:
1) Rowdy can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them to his advantage even if they are illegal.
2) Rowdy can sell weapons and substances on the Black Market or Anywhere.( not ORG weapons and not in GZ)
3) Rowdy can help his friends/family members/10-15’s escape jail, reduce their sentence, remove from wanted list, and take bribes up to 100k maximum or illegal items for releasing them.
4) Rowdy can arrest/capture anyone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. [Within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe].
5) Rowdy Knows where LEOs and Citizens hide their body camera and knows it's weak point and can destroy them by smashing them (Using /try Searches for Bodycam and /do Breaks it commands) (2x per situation)
6) Rowdy can rob/kill criminals in the ghetto, or Rowdy can rob/kill with his family members while off-duty.
7) Rowdy can use any type of weapon on/off-duty. (no org weapons off duty).
