Rejected OOC reason for blacklist | Gov

Hello, i was blacklisted from obtaining a lawyers license, due to myself sending an FIB case file in a FIB discord when i was not a lawyer and saw the case file being open to everyone on the #COURT-DOCUMENT-SUBMISSION, so i leaked it in the FIB chat as said. However this isnt something i can be blacklisted for as the FIB discord is OOC, and even if its IC, theres no way he could identify me on the FIB discord ICLY as i never had my name nor passport number there.
Also id like to add that i would rather get unblacklisted than them getting a punishment.
Also No evidence available but admins have access to blacklist channel
