Leader Mafia was born in Kabul . His family's environment was too good. His father's works is supplying illegal cars & Drugs, and he is a highly drug addictive person. Because of his high drug addiction his father torcher his mom every day. when Leader Mafiawas only 8 years old he Separated from his father & Yutaa's custody was given to her mother by court decision. And the age of 10 yutaa's mother was diagnosed with Cancer and she is now can't do any works. Because of this Leader Mafiawas looking for work for his mother's medicine but he is too small for any work, and no one is hiring him. From then he must do illegal things that his father do, so Leader Mafiastart doing supplying drugs. and the money he gets, he buys foods and medicines for his mother but after 1-year Leader Mafiacan't save his mother and his mother passed away.
From now Leader Mafiais alone and depressed, but for his financial issues he was still doing his works as drugs supplier. Then one day Leader Mafiais just walking around the road of Mumbai and he saw a boy sitting on the side of the road. Leader Mafiawent and asked him his name and everything and he felt sad for him and then Leader Mafiatold him to come with him to start a new life, the boy agrees with him. His name Is Abdul WESTERN. And from then Leader Mafiagot a best friend in his life, they both starts doing drugs supplying.
Then, one day they are working for the Head of Drug Supplier and the local police make a Raid at the location. The Head of the drug raid arrest everyone except Me & Abdul. He took us to his home and asked me why we both do that kind of things; they explained everything to him and because he is a Corrupt officer he takes us with him. We called his God father. Now we both have someone wo takes care of us. Then one day our God father was caught doing corruption and he told us to leave the city. He gave us some money and then we left Mumbai city, and we moved to Los Santos City.

Yet, as time passed, the disillusionment with the rampant corruption within the FIB began to take its toll on High raterr's spirit. Despite his best efforts to remain principled, the constant exposure to unethical behavior gradually eroded his faith in the system he had once believed in.
Ultimately, made the tough decision to return to the SAHP, armed with a newfound understanding of the complexities of law enforcement. Drawing from his experiences at the FIB, he recognized the need to navigate the system strategically, albeit with a renewed commitment to upholding his principles.
Now that SAHP honored him the role of Chief of Recrutement, he managed to understand and improve his communication skills through talking to different citizen during his duty.
Outcome:
1: Leader Mafia can take bribes from anyone. (100k max).
2: Leader Mafia can give himself as a Hostage. (If he gets bribed up to 100k).
3: Leader Mafia can use illegal weapons on/off duty.
4: Leader Mafia can lie about Availability of a lawyer in city.
5: Leader Mafia can plant or pass the illegal items to arrest them.
6: Leader Mafia can buy/sell illegal stuff in black market. (Will not sell org equipment).
7: Leader Mafia can break someone’s Bodycam by breaking it (/try Command 2 times per situation).
