Hello, player with ID of 18731 was ramming the bus driver and taxi driver next to hospital he was trying to ram and block them to explore their tires from the spikes, ramming bus driver behaviour can be seen in 0:38 seconds of the POV and ramming the Taxi driver can be seen in the 02:06 min of the POV that i provided as a youtube video.
