Hello all,

I'm wondering why 'm getting a punishment from ER 1.2 when i didn't kill/rob/kidnap etc. before the event started. Even though there is no evidence of this in the pov. Since I did not fire even one bullet, I was not one of those who were frozen by the admin to end the war. I can move while everyone else is frozen, this is also seen in the pov. (3:54)

When I watch the pov I only see someone who wants to escape from the war and shooting (0:03). She did not get out of the car, but quickly drove away from the scene out of fear, just to avoid being killed.
Likewise, when I get out of the car after the war is over, it is also included in the pov (3:26). Maybe the reason I haven't been punished until now is because I don't want to be involved in such situations.

There is nothing else about me in the video, maybe because I never got out of the car out of fear. Besides everything, I'm not even the person being complained about. I think the evidence is not enough for me to be punished. There is no evidence of my involvement in the war. If there is any evidence to the contrary, please submit the evidence.

It would not be correct to read intent from a 1-second record. I may have hit someone running with a gun in the middle of a fight while running away. My own life is much more important to me. Therefore, depending on the window from which you look at the issue, whether it is VDM or not. As can be understood from the topic title and my first message, I stated my complaint regarding the other issue.
