As you can see in this video this player started using NON RP terms (0:15) in the middle of me doing my hotel tasks, he also was provoking by saying "f- off, b-" (0:06) for no reason, as well as ramming into my car so I could not drive around him (o:05). Toxicity like that makes people not want to RP, especially around players who are new to the city then they will not want to stay.
