I received a permanent ban because the admin claimed my account had multiple users, but I'm the sole user. I can provide evidence if needed. The issue arose when I changed my email address in GrandRP and my Epic Games account due to purchasing a new GTA since I lost access to my old Epic account.

I can confirm she was hacked as per what I can see from the logs.
I would agree on an unban, but only Mazhor/Alex/James can you appeal from the ban tho, since GR1.2 applies.

After checking logs, you have 2 accounts, logged once to 191352 ID, your account was not hacked, you are banned for cheats!!!
