Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 139594 will receive a punishment for Gen rule 6.13 (Mercy killing).
It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP.
However;
ID 118081 will receive a punishment for Power Gaming.
You can not pick any Gun or ammo while Gun in hand.
