2.1 : I've had a lot of experiences in the criminal side, in various gangs, and taking high command roles everywhere I go. I consider my leadership to be good, witnessed by everyone in the city in several crime events and situations.
2.2 : My interaction with people is very good. I am a responsible individual. If my gang encounters a problem, I believe I can solve it. I can make a good impression on people and persuade them. Also, I will not tolerate any rule violations and not everyone will be high-ranking like in other gangs.
2.3 : I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge that would allow me to lead it flawlessly as well as the people I am bringing into this organisation. I would also like to bring the leaders of other orgs together; allowing us all to work in a respectful, strong environment, against the Law enforcement in the city

Events as much as I we can do.
I will give regular rank ups after every week and Regular profits and bonus that will encourage them to be more active and make Rp at his peak.
