I had placed a solar panel, on a mountain, not under and coverage, in the open, when placed, All feet were on the ground on a flat service. Now Im in the demorgan for it? this has to be a mistake. Not to mentian, ive seen numorous people just get warnings for it, and I was put directly in Jail.. someone made a mistake somewhere.
