Want To Be The Leader of National Guard
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1: I have experience from roleplaying in other cities, I will fit right in because I'm always learning more and adapt quite quickly.
2: I want to make National Guard Soldiers feel welcomed and I want to treat them like family, I want to make sure the soldiers are enjoying there time in the National Guard rather by making sure they get paid for gate bonuses or everyone is treated equally.
3: I am always making good relationships with every other organization in the city to ensure a friendly environment.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I also want to make sure that we have enough NG personnel to help with globals , robberies, hostage, situations make it work.
I would like to work hand in hand with FIB and the other orgs so that our departments work better together and thus communication between the orgs works better
I believe that the training/HRT department carries a very big importance in the organization by punishing (and issuing training where applicable) can increase the roleplay, legal knowledge, and general professionalism in the organization.
To Maintain Better Relationship With Other Leo's , Always Helping Them When They Are In Need Of Us .
I Will Try Do More Trainings With Other Leos's Like LSPD , SAHP And FIB
