First of all a Turkish admin is required for this form.

'' 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days. '' I got ban cuz of this rule
but I said '' bu amk spini bozuk kıyafet gösterip freespinveriyor '' I not insulted anyone . I insulted the casino spin and Im so sorry I just wrote it out of anger at that moment.
