Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 125685 will receive a punishment for Fail RP.
When processing 10-15 You must engage in RP.
However;
ID 132361 Will receive a punishment for Gen. Rule 6.17 and MG.
All overlays must be recorded.(Timestamp 1.20 to 1.40) and you cant share ic info using ooc media.
Note - I seen all situation Eg. officer given fine more than 50k but its ic issue.
