My friend and I were punished for doing RDM. Even though we both committed the same crime, he only went to jail for 3 hours but I was banned for 1 week. I think the administrators named Bob Bonkers gave the wrong punishment. Can you help me?

u received ban becourse u get 3 warns in less than 7 days
this is fully automatic process
