I was issued a ban because I was given an item and didn't return it, even though no evidence of the transfer was provided, instead just a one hour video of 30805 breaking NLR multiple times and arguably provoking in a gang HQ.
I am not sure how I can scam a person when they freely give me an item that I didn't previously ask for or coerce them into giving to myself.
It seems a strange precedent to set, are you saying that if someone goes around giving out items and then asking for them back, that if a player refuses he gets banned?
