Even though I gave the guy 5 seconds to go, the guy didn't go and I killed him and got a penalty from rdm so I request the form to be checked again.

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.

I was talking to my friend in front of MY HOUSE and this guys came and gave me demand for no reason( i didnt plant any solar panel). Im changed tabs because my friend wanted to send me an email so i chanced my name for she could easly find me.
