He grew up in a working class neighborhood. After his father died when he was young, he was raised by his mother.He is currently in a relationship with Felicia Laurie Wang. After successful completion of degree in civil services. Dylan had a lot of opportunities to join any state organization, but he decided to join NG because he love to deal with Army work work. After successful completion of training he joined NG at post of trainee. In the initial stage of Dylanr's career he done his job with honesty and full dedication and get the rank of Lt. general in NG . But due to low wages he cannot afford living in Los Santos because he has family to feed and also wants to grow. Dylan has a lot of friends in gangs/ or criminals. Dylan helps them by taking money and giving them information. Sometimes he also released his criminal friends from jail.
OUTCOME:
1. Dylan can ask for illegal and legal (weapons) items from 10-15s.
2. Dylan can take bribes (up to 100k).
3. Dylan can be rude to people. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
