Incorrect Tittle (No CR found in proof) you can make new complain with extended pov (where the situation start i.e when he start provoking)
In proof you got kill with car which can't be consider as VDM bcs your car was on road and u get out of the car
(If you stay in your car , then that suspect car cant even touch or ram your car)
