2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).

a.
I have been actively working at LifeInvader for 9 months, I have gained a lot of important experience in the organization. I have had the opportunity to work in the term of many leaders, I have identified the shortcomings of the ADs, News and Event departments by talking individually with department leaders, High Commands, employees and customers, and we will focus on finding fast and effective solutions to them by working as a team.
b. 4 terms as Event Director and currently as Head executive, I have gained a lot of experience to improve this organization, I have made the organization a more lively place by hosting many fun events, I aim to make LifeInvader a much more quality organization by applying these works for all departments when I become a leader.
c. My ability to handle challenges professionally and find effective solutions has not only facilitated smooth interactions with our employees, but also contributed to improving our relationships with clients.


3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organisation.

a.
We aim to establish a more comprehensive and professional bonus and promotion system to incentivize achievements within the department
b. We will review and update our policy to minimize the error rate of new employees and improve the quality of our advertisements.
c. We will develop attractive and innovative projects for the News and Events team, work with a more professional team and organize events that will attract the attention of our employees and the public with our employee-only and public events.
d. We will strategically collaborate by organizing joint meetings with High Commands to more effectively manage operations such as tickets, tests and interviews and also a once a week meeting with all the employees to listen and clear any questions, concerns and ideas they might have.
e. Enforcing a fair and equal opportunity to employees to try different departments while maintaining the rules that apply in each department. This will help employees find new passions within themselves and create a better ambiance inside the organization.
