Rejected Ban for GR 6.17 | Can Snow

I was banned for using the Xbox Game Bar to record, but when I worked at SAHP the nvidia recording would glitch and not record my screen only the audio and I was told it was okay for us to use the gamebar instead. Im asking for this to be removed and also would like to know if the nvidia is glitched, and the xbox game bar isnt allowed what should i use in the future to record?

Also not sure if I was wrong on the admin that banned me. Can Snow was the admin that notified me on my other forum post that I was banned for 6.17 but i see now on the picture it says Floki Vilgeroarson.
