While reviving someone in the distance you can see him get in his car mid revive and then it kicks him out of the car because the revive finished.

I tried healing a guy that was in my gang when there were no shootouts near me and then they shot me so i flexed my f muscle and i forgot that i was healing the wounded guy and therefor i appolgize for this and I didnt have pov because on my behalf i taught that I didnt break any rules that time
i have seen many people doing the same thing reviving and taking gun out from backpack i dint knew it was a bug
i think it was not a major bug abuse cause i have seen many people doing tat

Why don't you show the pov? I just smell a lot of cap and bs that you put in your response that shouldn't go unnoticed with the amount of rules you break. I am pretty sure you also broke nlr when you came back with your friend and he dropped you off at your car. You trying to act innocent when its not your first rodeo and know all the rules and have reported people as well.
