Bryce was born in Chicago, but only stayed there for a few years as his house had caught fire. He and his family moved to Los Santos trying to find a better life. Shortly after him arriving his parents left him for the gang life and laid him in a basket on the steps of the local church. He was found the next morning by church employees and was taken inside to warm up. Two Members of the church, who Bryce still doesn’t know the names of to this day raised him until he was fifteen years of age. Which is when he joined the National Guard.
Since Bryce was recruited by the National Guard, he worked hard, and after a year and a half, he became a Major General. Throughout this time, he became one of the most well-known and respected individuals in the community. Also, during this period, he joined multiple other organizations such as the FIB, LSPD, SAHP, and GOV, achieving an HC ranks in all of them. After enjoying a good life as an organization member, he sadly fell into a life of crime, becoming the Deputy of both Vagos and Bloods. During this experience, he remembered the time he had vowed to do good after learning from his past, and thus, he ended up working for the FIB. Due to his fall to crime, he was heavily invested in crime and even studied its uses. After this He joined the SAHP which is where he is working up to this point.

Outcomes:
- Due to Bryce’s flying prowess he is able to fly through difficult terrain (Following UB standards)
- Since Brice has been apart of legal organizations most of his life, he has studied the bodycam mechanism. Through his research he has figured out how to shut them off (Using appropriate /try commands)
- Due to Bryce’s combat experience and years of shooting he has an above average shooting capacity and thus can take on multiple people simultaneously (Following the standards of Fear RP)
- Bryce is a highly skilled driver who has perfected this talent over years, he is versed in street and off-road driving (Given the vehicle type) and can proficiently complete tasks on any surface (following the rules of UB driving).
- Bryce has some of the best memory and hearing and can use these abilities to recognize anybody no matter if they have a face covering.
- During Bryce’s time in the air force academy, he obtained a BS in chemistry, allowing him to memorize the formulas for many drugs. This includes truth serum, which is always on his person.
