i didnt got my proper answer in previous complaint, I would like to know if i am leader blacklisted or something as i have applied for leadership about 15 times and every time they tell me because something isnt right we would like to select you but higher admins said that we cant. Even the curators are confused and dont understand why they cant select me even tho they want to but get told not to.

can you please tell me if i am leader blacklisted or why higher admin keeps saying no when curators are happy with my applications all the time.
