So this player hooted at me, i jumped into his car, he drove around the block got out the car and i got out and then immediately he jumped in and hooted for me to jump in. Then he drove around the city randomly. He got out and shot the car until it exploded. He could see I was new so it was definitely intentional. The complaint is that the player intended to kill me and knew I was new so had very little chance of reporting him.
