he told us he was gonna call admin if we didnt stop car and also faked fib agent as he got out the car he typed his friends name and said come to my location but in wrong chat which shows he was meta gaming and tried to again his friend then pulled up and vdmed us then they left

as you can see the rental coming from no where and ramming , this was same id that me other officer where trying to catch in the scene
