Rejected Warn+Jail For 6.15 ; Even after I gave demands

Respected Sir,
I always follow rules and regulation in every situation whenever i did not i accepted the punishement. But Today i got punished for no reason, let me explain the whole situation, Me and my fellow gang members chasing a car and we gave him pullover demands on the highway and the car was fast enough to escape. but then the car driver comming back again and again kept on honking then we gave hi pullover demands still he use to run away then come back and honk so i decided to get out of the car and shoot by giving demands then shoot him but he managed to escape again, he came back and started honking again as i already gave him demands before i shoot him and then i got punished for GR:6.15. That dosent justify because i already gave demands to the guy. still i get punishment. Its really sad for me as i am following all rules and still getting punishment. please remove my warn and am still in jail for next 3 hrs.
