Life as a Child
Nicolas was born in Tbilisi Georgia he was growing up without parents he was alone in the streets he joined a gang when he got older he was doing a lot of bad stuff such as killing people, robbing people, selling narcotics, and others. He got older and got diagnosed with multiple personality disorder, he sometimes was a bad guy selling narcotics and sometimes he was the guy working for a 9-5 to save his friends, once he got older he ran away to a city called Los Santos.
Once in the city
Once Nicolas Got inside Los Santos he met a lot of friends they were doing everything clean, BUT everything changed after Nicolas got some bad stuff in his hands he started to sell narcotics but then he stopped (His other self) he decided to join FIB along the way he got to be 00 handler, his other self was Fu**ing smart, he got his appereance right, he looked like a goddamn gangster but was actually an FIB agent getting intel on gangs.
Upon joining FIB
He started to do some crazy stuff while he was in FIB to gather intel, he also gained bloods on his hand, he used to abuse criminals in change of the intel about gangs so casefile would be made, he used to go undercover and take parts in gang activities to get intel, he used to have his own CIs for busts and evidences
Outcomes
1. He can break bodycams with /try
2. He can abuse criminals and torture them in exchange of confessions about gangs (intel)
3. He can take parts in criminal activities to gain evidences
4. He can act get hands on CIs that can gather intel abt gangs for evidences
5. He can take criminals as a hostage and in exchange he can ask for other gang member to provide the intel about gangs (privately, with /try and other commands)
6. He can force other corrupt officers in other orgs to give them intel about everything (try commands and etc)
7. He can wear offduty clothes on certain events (some allowed events) and vest and balaclava.
8. He can carry org weapons since he is never onduty.
9.He can drive org cars in civillian clothes (not for personal reasons)
10. he can have illegal guns
