Appealing My Warning Because The GR 6.15 Was Given To Me When I Was Not The One Who Broke The Rule. GR 6.15 Should Have Been Given To I.D 332190, Please Rewatch The Link. I Was Shot Without Demands. Therefore By Rule I Don't Need To Give Demands In Order To Kill. He Broke The Rule Not Me. I Can Maybe See The Provoking But I Did Not Break GR 6.15.
