Approved OOC Insult | 49783

I made a report against ID 49783 for bug abusing in this thread( Approved - Bug Abuse | 49738 ). However, he OOC insulted me in the forum's DM and I provided the SS but the admin told me to " Create a second report" and here it is.

OOC - Out of character, ON FORUMS, DISCORD, EVERYWHERE THAT ISNT IN GAME, therefore this IS OOC insults.

Ooc insults are considered as if your insulting someone about his personal life from in game character that is what ooc insults are . And i text him from my forum account

U fool i didnt insult him on his personal life. I was talking about in game character that you steal my shotgun so sell it for 9k and also take 1 dollar bonus from me . I didnt comment on his personal life
