I heard someone shooting my officers , these 2 guys were mercy killing their detained friend near the ATM, when I approached the situation I shot 1 of them down and chased after the other one (ID 362195) . He VDMed me there , got back to his friend (ID 352744) who was unconsious in cuffs and mercy killed him to avoid rp.
