The citizen 138750 dont give the demands correctly, dont make a countdown, it counts to 5 in ascending order and very fast, the "1 2" normal and 3,4 5 very fast. In reality he doesn't give 5 seconds, he gives 3 seconds at most. This citizen do the same all hours.
