I would like to report fail RPs as shown in the POVs (might not be his real ID as he's with the FIB).

First Fail RP:

Issued me a fine for public carry without a warning as stated in the law, even after I removed the gun without an actual warning + he did not ask for my licenses.

After the fine I showed him the middle finger, and I kept moving away, he arrested me for supposedly hooliganism, saying that the sign I'm using is an obscene gesture, which does not make any sense. He arrested me (75 min), confiscated all my items and fined me 100k.

An obscene gesture by definition is something that is morally offensive in a sexual way. https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/obscene A middle finger is not sexually offensive, this player used this excuse to force RP upon me. I'm not sure what's his motivation (RP tickets maybe?).

This is a fail RP and UB as this would never happen in a realistic scenario. I explicitly said that the middle finger in not pointed at him, yet he tried to force RP on me saying that I had to remove it or be arrested... I don't mind the damage he caused, however, this is a fail RP as it does not make sense for someone to arrest someone over a middle finger in public....

Please look into this as this is interaction was poor RP and does not elevate to the expected level of FIB RP.

Do you really expect to continuously approach people with your middle finger and expect them. It to arrest you? Especially when you have every opportunity to leave a situation? If anything all I see in your CUT POV because you need to include the video of the entire situation and not this chopped up footage, is you provoking him because he gave you a fine. You cannot provoke others and be mad when they arrest you. If you’re provoking ANY officer they CAN and WILL arrest you for hooliganism, which by the was exactly what you were doing when you were screaming in his face, protesting the fine he gave you.

If you had an issue with the fine he placed on you, you take it to gov or you file a complaint against the officer with which we organization they are with. Not to mention your screenshot regarding the punishment for displaying a firearm is outdated. Even if you pull out a firearm by accident it is still public carry of a firearm which you can be issued a fine for regardless of you having a weapons license or not. That’s what this city has lawyers for. Following someone pointing the middle finger and you want to claim he is forcing an RP situation on you? There is no Fail RP, Force RP, or UB in this video. All there is here is a salty dude who got arrested cause he couldn’t take a simple fine and go about his day.

Please review my comment, in there you will see facts regarding what is in the video. Had he not been
provoking the officer in the first place he would not have gotten arrested. The charges, specially stating the hooliganism charge which is defined as - disruptive or unlawful behavior such as rioting, bullying and vandalism and categorized as a person that engages in illicit reckless behaviors and is a public nuisance. Giving an officer the middle finger for this is an acceptable reason for him to be arrested and is an IC issue.

1) you're not involved, mind your business and don't intervene please.

2) I don't continuously do that and never did before today. I think you're the guy who called me a retard when I was trying to see if the middle finger is indeed arrestable, you did not force an arrest for it and RP'ed out. This guy didnt even allow a discussion. That's my issue.

3) I have the right to express myself within the IC law. That's what I was doing. It is no longer an IC issue when you force RP (arrest) on someone without enough interaction.. and waste their time. It is a fail RP, plus your definition of hooliganism is not aligned with what the state law says. I'm not here to complaint about the IC impact. I'm saying here this interaction was trash RP, from the fine to the arrest.

4) Yeah, an officer giving you 5 seconds to RP a situation is not UB lmao.

Hooliganism: Definition: A gross violation of public order, expressing clear disrespect for society, and going out of one’s way to generally annoy or harass those around them. Hooliganism also includes false calls for law enforcement, rescue personnel, obscene gestures, and repeated participation in races not approved by the government. Gross violations of the ethics code by civilians shall also incur this charge.
