I was randomly making my way to office when i saw this person in the black car trying to ram me with his car and that time my bodycam was not on also. He suddenly killed me without any reason and without giving any demands too after which i turned on my bodycam and lost hopes to get him punished since i had no prior proofs but an EMS person came and patched me up and then i went on to the guy telling him that i will report this incident upon which he killed me again and this time also with no demands he just killed me and i didnt even knew him who he was.... Every point described here is available in the video attached as well...i think i can expect justice from the gods

I did some research and found out that suprisingly the same guy has been reported and given punishments for almost 15 time! Something needs to be done to completely block such offenders who destroy people's IC environment. My last hope is on you Gods!
