Life as a Child
Vee Venetia growing up lost both of his parents at a young age, due to a gang shooting because this happened, he would do anything to find out who did it, his eye was also poked out at a young age, which he needed to get a cyber-mechanical eye to be able to survive. The eye that he had a recording system the records 24/7. People at the adoption agency found him a family in the city of Los Santos. Also, he found out that the person who killed his parents was in Los Santos.
Once in the city
Once Vee Venetia met his new parents at the age of 16 he was dedicated to finding the people who killed his parents and poked out his eye. He learned how to drive off-road with a non-offroad car at the age of 18 due to his love for driving off-road, and he wanted to learn how to do it in a sedan. Once he was old enough he was able to join the FIB.
Upon joining FIB
Vee Venetia upon joining FIB he was able to get to be a protector for the governor. He learned a lot about the legal system and learned how to get away with stuff. When he finally got his job as a FIB Agent he went through a ton of training which allowed him to fight back in a 1vs2. Also, he needed to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times, he can have his radio on him 24/7. He keeps his guns from the government on him at all times because he needs to protect the citizens of Los Santos at all times as a FIB Agent so he works in and out of uniform when necessary. He still is looking for the killer who took his parents away from him. He has found out more intel that they are somewhere in Los Santos and that the person who killed the person is somewhere in the ghetto.
Upon Creating his Own Family
Upon Vee Venetia starting, up to his own family, all of them was dedicated to helping him find the killers who killed his parents. As they were helping them they were able to torture people and rob them if necessary to find out more about the killer which allowed him to be bias towards them.
Outcomes
1. Vee Venetia can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer.
2. Vee Venetia can use FIB vehicles while working in undercover outfit (not for personal purposes, only to arrest and for other FIB activities only).
3. Vee Venetia can receive bribes up to 100K maximum.
4. Vee Venetia can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
5. Vee Venetia can process others without reading Miranda Rights.
6. Vee Venetia can confiscate items from others for personal reasons (not from vehicles and only with RP reason).
7. Vee Venetia can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
8. Vee Venetia can remove a person off the wanted list, let them walk free, or reduce their jail time if he feels like doing so.
9. Vee Venetia can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
10. Vee Venetia can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
