An admin told me straight up "no" to something they could have guided me through, and i said after a half hour of trying to figure out how to place a stupid item in my home.. without input from admin telling me alt, shift, and ctrl were options.. i said shame on the person who said no to helping me whatsoever.. and got banned for 7 days. That's abhorrent. I have been admin in a few games in my day, and I'd never flat out say "No." to anyone requesting help..
