Rejected Corrupt admin | Dinesh Aluri

Dear reviewing admin,
I am complaining about this new admin Dinesh Aluri who i personally feel is corrupt. Today i was being arrested by 2 officers inside the ghetto which is breaking SR 5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers. | Verbal Warning after I had ran from the arena into ghetto. I had called admin saying "IN GHETTO BYHIMSELF" seen here then dinesh responded saying "wdym? and stop using caps". I then later made a complaint 1 minute later saying "officers in ghetto less than 3 people cant do that" then a different admin responds to the situation and still they dont get punished. As we are driving to the DOC i was killed by an org member which they guy and myself got punished for MK. Why would i get punished for MK if i didnt even kill anyone??? thats why i am confused and making this complaint?. I have a feeling this admin is friends with the officers which is why they werent punished. Thanks in advance.
