Hello. I was just sent here by Teja Chowdary to make a complaint so here I am.
Through this long journey I have wasted money on a Bunker and an Office. Yesterday I purchased Freight Train No.2 from the Auction for 3.7 million (all of my money).
I was trying to find where it shows to repair the train. I messaged the admins and said I don’t want to lose my business. Where does it show repair train. On 03.04.2024 @22:13 Pina Reapers responded. “You can go check it or M My business.”
I went to go check it like they said and sure enough there was nothing that said repair tracks.
A few hours later my freight train business was in the Auction.
I have been trying to find detailed instructions on various businesses in the game and there isn’t any detailed information in English. Anything in English is just a brief general overview about the businesses. I feel like there is no help and after being told the Office pays double when I spend 5 million and it didn’t. The admin told me “we are here for any info” I ask for info and I lose my train business.
I love the experience overall but when I comes to businesses I am discouraged and after spending real money on the game, I have nothing to show for it due to lack of or wrong information.
Please help make the last business right somehow.
